As CTO at four companies, I worked on technology that had to perform in real operations: reliable, secure, scalable and usable. I managed more than 100 engineers.

I bring AI to life, both inside organisations and in everyday use. From strategy to custom development and daily ways of working.
The combination
AI has to land inside the business.
A good model is not enough. AI needs access to data, needs to communicate with systems and needs to fit how people work. That is why I look at the entire process and build the solution around it.
For larger projects, I can bring in additional engineering capacity. I remain personally accountable for the analysis, technical direction and result.
